Spinach Dip

2 Cups chopped spinach

1 Cup plain yogurt

2 Cups fat-free sour cream

2 Tablespoons onion flakes

1 Teaspoon seasoning salt

 

1. Place spinach in a saucepan and cover with water.

2. Place uncovered saucepan on stove top and bring to a boil.

3. Boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 4 minutes. Drain.

4. In a bowl, combine cooked spinach and remaining ingredients. Mix well

5. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
